Why Servicing with Skoda Makes Sense

Factory Trained Technicians

Only Authorised Skoda Service Centre staff are able to receive the latest and most up-to-date technical training. This ensure our staff have the latest technical training so they can diagnose and fix faults quickly and efficiently. We are pledged to fixing faults right - first time. (NB: Our hourly rate may seem slightly higher than some non Skoda outlets, however with factory training, our technicians are able to diagnose and fix issues considerably faster than non-trained technicians, often resulting in a lower overall cost.

Genuine Parts

We use only Skoda genuine parts and approved oils. This ensures that the right parts, designed specifically to enhance the performance and life of your vehicle are used. This also ensures your warranty is maintained, because should a non genuine part be fitted and fails - causing damage to your vehicle, it will not be covered under warranty. Also, all genuine Skoda parts come with a 2yr unlimited kilometre warranty. NB: The genuine part may be slightly more expensive than a non genuine part, but being specifically manufactured for that vehicle, will perform more effectively, especially in safety related areas).

Warranty Support

If your vehicle fails within the prescribed 3 year, unlimited kilometre warranty period (this can be longer, depending on model offers etc), the vehicle fault will be repaired free of charge - (conditions and exclusions may apply). This means that if your vehicle has a fault, other than standard servicing or wear and tear, either discovered by us during service or the reason for the visit, we will fix it for you. Only Skoda Service Centres can carry out this work for you.

Skoda diagnostic equipment and support

We have the latest Skoda diagnostic equipment and software specifically for your vehicle. This is updated on a real time basis from the factory in Germany, to ensure we are able to respond to any issue. Compared to general diagnostic equipment at non Skoda Service Centres, ours can specifically interrogate engine codes and faults with full on-line factory support. Here at the dealership, we have on-line diagnostic support from the factory, 24/7, enabling us to get faster and accurate solutions.

Skoda Factory Service Schedules

We ensure that your vehicle in maintained to the highest level, by conducting every service in line with the specific factory recommended schedules. This means you can be assured your vehicle is being thoroughly checked over with a detailed Skoda 36 point checklist. By stamping your service book at a genuine Skoda Service Centre you help maintain the residual value of your vehicle - when you come to sell it down the track.

Software Upgrades and Campaigns

Only Skoda Service Centres can check through the factory systems to see if there are any software enhancements for your vehicle or any outstanding safety or technical campaigns that need applying. This means you can rest assured that your vehicle will be up-to-date with all its systems and operation.

We are here to help with all your requirements to ensure you get a stress free and easy experience. Our professional systems ensure we are able to look after you to ensure you and your vehicle experience the best service. Our facility has comfortable lounge areas should you wish to wait, or the provision of alternate transport to help you with your day, being loan cars or lifts. Our role is to help with all communication ensuring you are fully informed of the service process throughout the day and answer any questions you may have.

Free wash and vacuum

We care for your vehicle and from the moment you arrive by putting seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel covers on to protect your interior. We then wash and vacuum your car to give it that "Feel Good Feeling" when you come to pick it up.
