DISCLAMER
1. I accept that I am liable for parking fines, penalties, toll ways and any other road traffic infringements while the vehicle is in my possession, regardless of whether I am the driver or not.
2. I abide by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. I understand that I will be insured against any loss or damage to the vehicle resulting from accidental collision. However the insurance will have no affect and I will be directly liable for the full recovery costs on all damage where:
i. The vehicle is driven by any person who is unlicensed or under the age of 21 years.
ii. The vehicle is driven by any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, illicit drugs or medication.
iii. That is known to impair driving judgement/ability.
iv. The vehicle is driven by any person found to have blood alcohol level in excess of the State legal limit.
v. The keys are left in unattended vehicle.
vi. The vehicle is driven in a reckless manner.
vii. The vehicle is driven on other than a properly constructed way.
viii. The vehicle is used other than specified or recommended by the manufacturer.
ix. Loss or damage to the vehicle was intentional or as a result of neglect or abuse.
3. I will not permit the vehicle to participate in any test, race, promotion or other contest, or be engaged in towing or pushing anything.
4. I acknowledge that the Test Drive vehicle always remains property of Peninsula Skoda (a Barry Bourke Motors Company) and that I must return the vehicle upon request from any authorised representative of Peninsula Skoda and failing to return the vehicle, Peninsula Skoda are at all times entitled to recover possession of the vehicle.
5. No other person shall drive the vehicle while it is in my possession.
